Social Media // Content Creator
Full-Time Contract | Remote-Based
We are looking for a self-motivated, creative, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you’ll manage and grow our clients’ social media presence by producing engaging content, running ad campaigns, and driving meaningful community engagement.
This position will be work for home but will require traveling within the Tampa area to job sites, client offices, and events.
Job Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with clients
- Schedule and coordinate photo and video shoots with clients and creatives
Ad Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and monitor social media ad campaigns to meet marketing goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, conversions)
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
- Track, manage, and report leads generated from campaigns
Audience Engagement
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
- Foster a strong and positive online community for each client
Community Involvement
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for clients to participate in or sponsor community events
- Promote community involvement as part of the brand narrative
Strategy & Growth
- Develop tailored social media strategies for each client to grow their digital presence
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
Trend Monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Monitor competitors and recommend improvements based on market insights
