Content Writer
Location: Remote (Must reside in or near the Palm Harbor, FL area)
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Content Writer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position, but applicants must live near the Palm Harbor, Florida area to attend occasional in-person meetings, collaborate with the team, and visit local clients when needed.
As our Content Writer, you’ll create engaging, SEO-friendly content for a variety of industries. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop blog posts, website copy, social media content, email campaigns, press releases, and other digital marketing materials that help our clients grow their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, original content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and articles.
- Research industry topics and produce informative, engaging content.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with designers, account managers, and marketing specialists on client projects.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay up to date on content marketing trends and AI writing tools.
Qualifications
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and AP style.
- Experience writing SEO-focused content.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics quickly.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with WordPress, Google Docs, and basic marketing tools is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
